Room bookings are confirmed only upon full or partial advance payment.

The Social Hub reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged one night’s stay.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other occupants and hotel staff.
Illegal activities, loud music, or disturbances are strictly prohibited.
Damage to hotel property will result in penalties and compensation charges.
5. Room Occupancy
Each room has a fixed occupancy limit. Additional guests will be charged accordingly.
Children above 6 years are considered as additional guests for billing purposes.
6. Amenities Usage
Complimentary amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, television, breakfast, and room service.
The hotel is not responsible for interruptions in utility services beyond its control.
7. Smoking & Pets
Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and public areas.
Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained.
8. Valuables & Liability
Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.
The hotel shall not be liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
9. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or power outages.
